This traditional quilt pattern has many names: Crown and Thorns, Georgetown Circle, and Memory Wreath. With changes in fabric placement, it is also known as Nest and Fledgling, Wedding Ring and Rolling Stone. The cover quilt was made by Teresa for her parents 50th wedding anniversary. Twenty Roses represent two Roses for each of their 10 children. Teresa framed her quilt with a ribbon border to represent her Mother's love of hand embroidery.

This quilt was selected as a Semi-Finalist in the American Quilter's Society show in 2007.
